You never think that you yourself will need an injury lawyer, you hear about others needing or using one. But not YOU! One late night coming home from vacation that all changed for me and my husband, as we were hit head on within 10 miles of our home. First, we both survived, we had God watching over us we have no doubt. I endured 3 surgeries within the first couple of days in ICU, with a crushed small intestine that was causing me to bleed out (first surgery was lifesaving, but it took two surgeries to fix all the damage) and then I also had a broken back (L2 broken) which required 6 screws and 2 rods to repair. This is actually a THANK YOU to Brady. I was hit from behind 8 years ago turning into my neighborhood. (I saw the Jeep coming so I braced myself) My neck was the first to hurt so immediately went to a chiropractor As time went on new aches started that I thought odd such as wrists, hip, and ankle, but blew off. I had a very serious motorcycle accident 5 years ago. I lost my right leg above the knee in the accident. I was looking for the very best personal injury attorney in the country who represents plaintiffs in an accident. I found that in Mike Stephenson. He is the top managing partner in his law firm of about 38 attorneys. He has been recognized by his peers of personal injury attorneys as a Super Attorney in his specialty for years. His office was 2000 miles away from where the accident occurred. At the time I contacted him he had represented accident victims in 18 different states. My case now makes it 19 different states. I originally contacted him with an email describing the accident. He called me within 12 hours. He was on an airplane to meet me within a couple of weeks.

He was everything I was looking for in an attorney. He was very professional looking. Brief and to the point. It was a 2 day initial visit. He helped formulate a long term plan for my case. He spent the next 6 months gathering all the data and information to determine if I had a case. This included very extensive information from me. Accident reports. Hospital records. Motorcycle records. From the day he called me and said I had a case all the hard work on his side began. During the case he flew out about 7 times for motorcycle inspections, practice depositions, depositions and 2 mediation’s. Digitalize pictures of all surgical operations. Mike did multiple power point presentations which included all this information from all the specialists he hired for the case. His presentations are POWERFUL visual tools.

He took the case to a settlement on the 2nd mediation 6 weeks before court. He had specialists from 4 different states to put the case together. He never missed missed an appointment, email, text or phone call in 3 years. On a scale of 1-10 in my book he is an 11. If you are a plaintiff in an accident I could not give a better recommendation for an attorney. He is the best attorney I have ever had.
