Kyle M. Baker is a partner with the law firm of McNeely Stephenson Thopy & Harrold. His areas of practice consist of insurance coverage litigation, business litigation and personal injury. He was born in Bloomington, Indiana on December 29, 1971. He earned is J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law in 1997.
Kyle is involved in all aspects of litigation: arbitrations, mediations and jury trials. He has served as a district representative of the Young Lawyers Section of the Indiana State Bar Association.
